Description: On November 11, 2015, at approximately 12:00 p.m., plaintiff Rashad Francis was falsely arrested and falsely imprisoned by the defendants, NYPD Officer Orlando Corchado, NYPD Sergeant Yoel Hidalgo, NYPD Officer, Christopher White, NYPD Officer Angel Cordero, NYPD Officer Loiacono, and unnamed officers John Does 1 - 10. The previous night, on November 10, 2015, the plaintiff was finishing work while his girlfriend was waiting for him. While finishing work, the plaintiff gave his girlfriend his laptop. However, his girlfriend stole the laptop and took it with her to her home in the Bronx. The girlfriend refused to give the laptop back to the plaintiff so he called 911.
