Description: On December 27, 2019, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Marlon Hudson was lawfully walking home near East 98th Street and Lenox Road in Brooklyn, New York, when he was falsely detained and arrested by officers from the 73rd precinct. The officers accused Hudson of trespassing in a building he had not entered, pointed their firearms at him, struck him, and handcuffed him in a manner that caused unnecessary pain. Hudson did not resist arrest and was searched illegally without any cause. He was transported to the 73rd precinct, where he was searched again, and no illegal contraband was found.
