Complaint
Description: On or about January 2, 2011 an escort alleged to POs she had been raped and was examined at a hospital, where staff noticed no physical trauma or bruising. Det. Michael Rama was assigned to investigate and Det. Lisette Gutierrez, Det. Lazaro Suarez-Villamil, Lt. Adam Laboy, Det. John Entenmann, and Crime Scene Investigator Hernandez assisted. The escort told Det. Rama she was able to retrieve a pubic hair from her rapist and provided it to Det. Rama, who passed it to Det. Entenmann for examination. Meanwhile a dried secretion was taken from the escort's neck and was matched via testing to Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken into custody and placed in a lineup but the escort did not identify him.
