Description: On July 14, 2013, Plaintiff was near the intersection of 79th Street and 2nd Avenue in New York, NY, participating in a march of several thousand individuals in protest against the acquittal of George Zimmerman on murder charges in the death of Trayvon Martin. While at the intersection, Plaintiff was lawfully present in a crosswalk with the traffic lights and crossing signals in his favor.
