Description: On October 9, 2023, plaintiff was lawfully near a house in queens, when he was approached by defendant NYPD Officer Curtis Parkhurst and other John Doe defendants. Defendants accused plaintiff of trespass and violently grabbed plaintiff's head and arms. Officers then searched plaintiff despite having no probable cause or reasonable suspicion to justify it. Defendants then twisted plaintiff's arms behind his back and applied handcuffs so tightly they caused bruising and pain. Defendants ignored plaintiff's requests to loosen the handcuffs.
