Description: On or about November 8, 2023, while in a bodega at 420 Mother Gaston Ave., in Brooklyn, plaintiff was set upon by defendant NYPD officers John and Jane Doe 1-10, who grabbed, shoved, kicked and pushed him, and then laced him in handcuffs which were too tight, of which he complained to no effect. During the course of this seizure, plaintiff was subjected to a search without probable cause or any legal justification, which yielded no contraband. Nevertheless, he was falsely charged with criminal possession of controlled substances.
