Description: On January 16, 2022, plaintiff Christopher Turner was falsely arrested at Brooklyn Central Booking but several NYPD officers, including defendants Officer Patrick M. Venetek, Officer Alix Blot and Officer Jamiealexander Fenton. Defendants lacked probably cause or a warrant for plaintiff's arrest and made false claims and accusations against plaintiff. Plaintiff was then unlawfully imprisoned and illegally searched and seized, but no contraband was discovered. Plaintiff was assaulted and battered, including by being placed in handcuffs.
