Description: On May 19, 2012, Plaintiff was riding in a livery cab when Defendant Officers Daniel McSweeney and Michael Raso stopped it. Defendant Raso physically pulled Plaintiff from the cab and threw him to the ground, then handcuffed and arrested him.
