Description: On March 11, 2019 at 2:15 P.M., Plaintiff Ramel Deckard, was in the vicinity of East 168 Street and Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY. Defendants, including Robert Weinberg, Sergio De La Mota and John or Jane Doe 1-10 illegally searched the Plaintiff and falsely arrested the Plaintiff for possession of marijuana. Plaintiff had not committed any crime or violation of law. Defendants used excessive force while arresting the plaintiff and battered the plaintiff including placing him under tight handcuffs.
