Description: On April 17, 2021, outside of the plaintiff's apartment, defendant officers attacked, battered, and plaintiff. As a result of the assault, plaintiff broke his arm in multiple places. Defendant officers then proceeded to handcuff and detain plaintiff, falsely charging him with various criminal offenses without basis. Plaintiff spent over 24 hours in custody. After posting bail, plaintiff underwent surgery to repair a number of fractured bones in his arm. Defendant officers acted in concert to fabricate charges and manufacture stories to justify their assault.
