Complaint
Description: On August 3, 2011, plaintiff Angenora Williams and her four children left their Brooklyn apartment. After they left, unnamed defendant NYPD officers associated with Brooklyn North Narcotics entered her apartment illegally and conducted a search, ransacking her home, but found no illegal contraband. Plaintiff went to the precinct to inquire about the incident and was handcuffed and moved to a different precinct, where she was photographed and fingerprinted and then moved to Central Booking. Plaintiff was released at around 1:30 AM and no charges were brought against her.
