Description: On November 21, 2012, plaintiff was visiting and lawfully residing within a Brooklyn apartment. Defendant officers, Peter Nangle and Julio Micheli, kicked the door down and entered the apartment. Plaintiff and his friends were forced to the floor and handcuffed. Defendant officers claimed they had a warrant to search the apartment under the name of Lameek Holmes. Plaintiff and his friends explained that they did not know Lameek Holmes and that he never resided at the address.
