Complaint
Description: On or about May 20, 2019, Police Officers, including Kennedy Marte and Daniel Bianco, aggressively approached Plaintiff on the street, violently grabbed and contorted Plaintiff's arms behind his back and excessively tightly handcuffed Plaintiff without reasonable suspicion or probable cause. The Defendants engaged in the fabrication of evidence in the form of their observations of Plaintiff's commission of the acts. On October 1, 2019, all charges were dismissed.
