Description: On October 16, 2022, plaintiff Anthony Aybar was doing nothing illegal, improper, or acting suspicious in any way when Police Officer John Achnitz, Lieutenant Franklin Bonilla, and other officers, absent any arrest warrant, probable or reasonable cause, or any legal justification, and based on fraud, perjury, and misrepresentations, approached Aybar with reckless, negligent, and callous disregard for the truth, and summarily stopped, questioned, searched, touched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, handcuffed, and detained Aybar in an aggressive, unlawful, and excessive manner.
