Description: On or about November 29, 2023, in Brooklyn, Plaintiff SEAN HIGHT was exiting a local grocery store when he was stopped, handcuffed, and arrested by Defendants NYPD Officers GOTKIN and DOES without any lawful reason. Subsequently, he was transferred to Kings County Central Booking. Plaintiff was thereafter released and ordered to return to court on December 19, 2023. On that date, the case against Plaintiff was dismissed upon application by the Kings County District Attorney. Before, during, and after the arrest, GOTKIN and DOES falsely claimed that Plaintiff obstructed their business inspection, despite knowing it was untrue.
