Complaint
Description: On or about November 20, 2013, P.O. John McLoughlin, Ivanovic Gomez, and other officers entered plaintiff's home, unlawfully searched, seized and arrested plaintiff without permission, an arrest warrant, a valid search warrant, or probable cause. Defendants punched and kicked plaintiff about the face and body, forced him to the ground by placing their bodies on his neck, and forced his teeth into the ground, which caused him being transported to hospital. Plaintiff was prosecuted based on defendants' false allegations.
