Description: On February 21, 2015, plaintiffs were standing on a street corner when defendants approached, grabbed, punched and threw plaintiffs to the ground. Defendants then tightly handcuffed plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were transported to a nearby police precinct and released 5 hours later. All charges brought against plaintiffs were ultimately dismissed.
