The officers, despite not having a warrant or a justifiable cause and knowing the lack of such a justifiable cause, approached, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, and arrested Prophet. Prophet was then detained for over a week without Prophet's consent. Description: On or about October 27, 2017, at approximately 7:00 PM, Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by officers David Cardona, Detective Jose Ramos, and other unidentified NYPD officers in the vicinity of Vyse Avenue and East 180 Street, Bronx. Plaintiff was subjected to a search of the vehicle without consent or legal authority.
