Description: On December 20, 2019, Plaintiff was "violently punched, struck, hit, attached [sic], and otherwise assaulted and battered... without warning, fault or provocation" by defendant Nicholas Agliato, an employee of defendant Allstar Security & Consulting who was contracted for security purposes by defendant Slate NYC.
