Description: On or about June 25, 2023 Plaintiff was picking up his daughter at a dedicated drop-off area. When his daughter was not dropped off, Plaintiff requested POs Eugene Urman, Paloma Pena, Felix Tejada, Justin Taraza, or John and Jane Doe 1-6 at a nearby precinct to file a Domestic Incident Report. Instead, POs assaulted Plaintiff by pushing him down the stairs, which caused injuries to Plaintiff's head, back, and ankle. POs also threatened Plaintiff with arrest.
