Description: As the Plaintiff was socializing on a street corner, the Defendant Officers of whose identity was unknown at the time, approached the Plaintiff and began chasing him. The Defendant Officers ñ including defendants Hairston and Velez, chased the Plaintiff to his apartment building and arrested him handcuffing him behind his back. The Defendant Officers Hairston and Velez then patted down and searched the Plaintiff and found marijuana inside his shirt pocket. The Plaintiff was transported to the 24th precinct. At the precinct, Defendants Doe 1-3 conducted a visual body cavity search of Plaintiff. Defendants Det. Hairston and PO Velez collectively fabricated false story.
