Description: On March 25, 2015, the plaintiff was at a residence in the Bronx for the purpose of visiting his children. While alone inside the residence, the plaintiff heard a noise at the door. When he opened the door, he saw the NYPD defendants, specifically Officer Budney and Detectives McCarthy, Halinski, Erlich, McGuinness, Difrancessa, Hefner, and Gezurian. The NYPD defendants entered the residence and subjected the plaintiff to several forms of physical force, including pushing him against the wall, punching his back, kicking him when he fell to the floor, and punching his face, causing a bleeding lip.
