Description: On February 27, 2019, plaintiffs were students and walking home from school, and Defendant officer Sanchez ordered plaintiff and other students to go into a nearby bodega. Defendant officer Sanchez pushed another student into plaintiff and pushed both further into the bodega. Inside the bodega, Defendant officer Sanchez pushed another student into plaintiff Thomas. Plaintiff Thomas asked Defendant office Sanchez why they were pushing people, and Defendant officer Sanchez said "shut up" and Plaintiff Thomas replied "stop pushing people."
