Complaint
Description: On March 16, 2020, Plaintiff received a phone call from Alexander Craivan claiming that a complaint had been made against Plaintiff for harassment. Plaintiff advised that Craivan obtain a sworn complaint and suspected a false claim. Craivan subjected Plaintiff to an I-CARD arrest, by which the Plaintiff was both arrested and detained without necessity of a sworn affidavit or deposition.
