Description: On or about January 30, 2011 at approximately 2:50 AM, Plaintiff was driving his car and was pulled over for unknown reasons by Officer Fadugba. Officer Fadugba called Officer Kenny Tucker to come to the scene to arrest Plaintiff for driving while intoxicated. Plaintiff maintained he did not consume any alcoholic beverages.
