Complaint
Description: On October 13th, 2021, the Defendant, POLICE OFFICER KEVIN WILLIAMS and other unknown police officers, wrongfully and falsely accused the Plaintiff of a crime. Defendant arrested and imprisoned the Plaintiff and with full force of arms, they forcibly and violently seized, and laid hold of and compelled Plaintiff to go with him to be detained and imprisoned at the 113th Precinct and at Central Booking after that. Plaintiff was wholly innocent of the said criminal charges and did not contribute in any way to the conduct of the Defendants.
