Description: On April 9, 2013 at approximately 4:45 a.m. Plaintiff was a passenger in a subway when PO Marsh Paul asked Plaintiff for his identification. Plaintiff produced his Peruvian identification. Immediately thereafter Plaintiff was falsely arrested by PO Paul. Plaintiff remained in unlawfully custody until April 11, 2013 at approximately 12:15 p.m. Plaintiff's charge was ultimately dismissed. Plaintiff was damaged as a result of this incident.
