Description: On February 8, 2013, Defendant Police Officers Patrick Hughes, Daniel Garcia, Kevin Golden, John Does 1-10, and Seargeant Scott Bernes assaulted, battered, and used excessive force against Plaintiff after pulling him over. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff, dragged him out of his motor vehicle, threw him onto the ground, and kicked and stomped on his right hand and shoulder. No Defendant intervened. Plaintiff was taken to the emergency room for those severe injuries, and his hand was fractured. Then, Defendants transported Plaintiff to the 111th Precinct, Central Booking, and the Department of Correction after he couldn't post bail.
