Description: On May 31, 2018 Plaintiff was in the area of Alex Deli Store when POs John Doe 1-4 wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed, and seized Plaintiff in an excessive manner. POs then took Plaintiff to the 43rd Precinct where Plaintiff was held in custody for approximately 1 week before his release. During his detainment a malicious prosecution was initiated against Plaintiff, and Plaintiff made multiple requests for a court appearance during this time. Plaintiff's charges were dismissed October 27, 2017 per the complaint (likely October 27, 2018).
