Complaint
Description: Plaintiffs were concerned about an unconscious woman at the bar they work at/own when the woman's friends yelled racial slurs and assaulted Plaintiff. The restaurant called 911 and when officers arrived, they did not interview Plaintiffs but roughly arrested them instead. Plaintiffs were taken to the 28th precinct and given DATs signed by Officer Sengco for 135.05 unlawful imprisonment, which were later dismissed.
