Hellberg, and Michael Miller) stopped him in an unmarked police car and inquired with Plaintiff as to "what he was doing". Upon Plaintiff explaining that he was walking home, defendant officers proceeded to frisk and search the Plaintiff without consent and recovered a legal pocketknife.
