Description: On August 7, 2013, Plaintiff dropped off his uncle at his home in the Bronx before going to meet up with his cousin and a friend. After about fifteen minutes Defendant Officer Gjeci and John Doe 1 pulled up in an unmarked car and asked the group if they were in possession of anything illegal. After Plaintiff and crew responded no, the Defendant Officers began searching the group without consent or justification, nothing illegal was found. Then, again without justification or consent, Defendant Officer Gjeci searched Plaintiff's car. Left in the back of the vehicle was Plaintiff's Uncle's bag containing his prescribed pain medication. Plaintiff was then handcuffed tightly and the Defendants told him they were go...
