Description: On November 3, 2021, Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested and imprisoned. The arrest and imprisonment followed after Plaintiff had been the victim of a violent encounter with her toddler son’s father on October 29, 2021; the man had, inter alia, struck Plaintiff’s car windows and caused glass to shatter over the face of a passenger in Plaintiff’s car.
