Description: On or about July 12, 2014, Police Officer Victor Marrero, Justin Koehler, and other officers approached the plaintiff with their loaded firearms, and stroked and restrained him. During the arrest process, the defendants slammed the plaintiff, twisted his wrists, placing their knee into his back and handcuffing him too tightly that his wrists turned red. The defendants charged and maliciously prosecuted the plaintiff without probable cause. All charges against the plaintiff were dismissed on or about March 31.

Description: On or about January 20, 2015, Plaintiff was, without cause or provocation, grabbed, handcuffed, seized and arrested with excessive force by Officer Victor Marrero and other unidentified officers. Plaintiff was held on various criminal charges for over 24 hours. While in custody, Plaintiff was assaulted and battered by Officers Marrero and other unidentified officers. After numerous court appearances, the charges were later terminated favorably. As a result, Plaintiff suffered bodily injury and had to seek medical care.

Description: On May 20, 2011, Plaintiff was stopped, searched and arrested by Defendant Officers including Defendant John Dillon. After being transported, Plaintiff was strip searched and was imprisoned for five days until he could post bond. Defendant Officer Javish Ortiz falsely prepared a complaint against Plaintiff, while Defendant Officers Ortiz and Noel Melendez swore false affidavits. When Plaintiff appeared on May 26, 2011, all charges were dismissed.
