Complaint
Description: On July 25. 2013, Plaintiffs Oscar Fajardo and Hector Rivera were arrested by Defendant Officers POs Lanier Glenn, Jeremy Boyer, and Officers John Doe. Defendants Glenn and Boyer falsely arrested Plaintiffs and assaulted them. Defendants Glenn and Boyer threw Plaintiffs to the ground, repeatedly punching and battering them, and ripping Plaintiff Fajardo's shirt. After the assault, Defendants Glenn and Boyer then illegally searched plaintiffs, arrested them, and then shared fabricated observations and charges with the DAO. All charges against Plaintiffs were eventually dismissed.
