Complaint
Description: On November 18, 2020, plaintiff was arrested by defendant Santaniello for Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Possession of a Firearm. Plaintiff was then transported to a precinct, where his arrest was processed. Thereafter, he was transported to Queens Central Booking for arraignment. Subsequently, he was transported to Rikers Island. Defendants then initiated criminal proceedings against plaintiff. On or about December 18, 2020, plaintiff was released from custody. On or about June 20, 2021, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
