Description: On September 30, 2019, plaintiff was outside a grocery store located on Nostrand Avenue and Foster Avenue in Brooklyn when Defendant Officers entered the grocery store and arrested an individual in the store who was allegedly involved in a fight. Plaintiff began to record the arrest with their cell phone, but when Defendant Officers saw Plaintiff recording they yelled to stand back. Defendant Officers grabbed the phone out of Plaintiff's hand causing it to fall onto the ground, where the officers stopped others from picking it up.
