Description: On August 18, 2019, police officers Nicholas Torrisi and Joseph Feger falsely arrested Shamah Sharize under the supervision of Lieutenant Gerardo Decaro near East 226th st. and Barnes Ave. of Bronx. NYPD employees Stephon Stephens and Anthony Moodie fabricated evidence leading to the false arrest. They were driving at a dangerously high speed and crashed into Sharize's car that was stopping at a stop sign.
