Description: On May 16, 2014 at approximately 2:00 p.m. Plaintiff was lawfully driving when he decided to briefly stop to retrieve an item from the rear of the car. While he was looking for the item, POs Daniel Gillen, Sgt. Marco Martinez, Lt Steven Weiss, and other unnamed officers surreptitiously approached Plaintiff from behind with their guns drawn and pointed at Plaintiff's head, and proceeded to unlawfully stop, seize, and detain Plaintiff without legal justification.
