Description: On January 10, 2020, the defendants forcefully entered the apartment of the Plaintiff and falsely charged him with multiple crimes, including possession of controlled substances, weapon, and ammunition. The items were found in another apartment and not in the Plaintiff's apartment. The Plaintiff was detained for 48 hrs and released as part of a supervised release program. Eventually, the criminal proceedings against the Plaintiff were terminated.

Description: On January 29, 2019, police officers William Larkin, Frank Ryan, Gigantee, Picciano, Christopher Amuso, Michael Cale, Ignacio Delrio improperly arrested Chesterfield Hope. Hope was diagnosed with scoliosis and lived with his family including his mother. While he was at home at Queens, the police, without announcing that they are the police, loudly banged on the door as if they were going to break through the door. When Hope's mother opened the door, they officers barged in without a justifiable cause, making Hope's mother fall down and injured.
