Description: On June 7, 2019, the plaintiff was at the train station when police officers including POs Robert Greco, Emmanuel Guerrero, Hector Rodriguez and certain unidentified police officers confronted and assaulted the plaintiff by pulling her hair, dragging her down the steps and causing a scar to her leg and slammed her to the ground causing nails to be broken. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes such as resisting arrest, inciting a riot and unlawful assembly and assaulted and battered the plaintiff. The plaintiff's hands were then contorted behind his back and then handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion. Description: On June 7, 2019, Plaintiff ADELAIDE BROWN was illegally stopped, searched, detained and subjected to excessive force by defendants NYPD Officer Robert Greco, NYPD Officer Emmanuel Guerrero, NYPD Officer Hector Rodriguez, NYPD Officer Kevin Crosby, NYPD Officer John Doe, and NYPD Officer John Roe. Plaintiff was arrested by defendants without cause or justification. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were dropped in Plaintiff's favor. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
