Complaint
Description: On February 10, 2017 infant Plaintiff was lawfully in a hallway in front of an apartment when Sgt. Robert Durst and John or Jane Does assaulted and battered her by use of a taser or stun gun without legal justification. Infant Plaintiff was pregnant at the time and POs knew this. PO Taralena Gerrato was also present. In an effort to cover up their actions, POs initiated a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff. Plaintiff was caused to suffer severe and serious injuries and suffered great pain, distress, mental shock, mental anguish, and psychological trauma as a result of this incident.
