Description: On June 14, 2014, Jessica Salch was unlawfully stopped, frisked, arrested, and maliciously prosecuted by NYPD Officers Richard Lennox and Korey Noak, among others, while walking in the Bronx. Without suspicion or consent, the officers seized and searched her purse, finding a legally prescribed Xanax bottle. Despite providing proof of prescription, Salch was falsely charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a charge later dismissed by the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.
