Description: On May 18, 2019, at 5:58 PM, Plaintiff was at 1204 Avenue U, Brooklyn, NY. Plaintiff was receiving a haircut at a nearby barbershop when Defendant officers Roberts and Moran approached his motorcycle. Plaintiff was informed by his barber that police officers had approached his motorcycle. Plaintiff left the barber shop to speak to the Defendants. Then, Plaintiff informed the Defendants that the registration sticker on his motorcycle had expired however he had temporary registration on his phone. Plaintiff was informed that he was going to have his motorcycle towed for having expired registration.
