Complaint
Description: On or about March 2, 2022, PO John Joyce unlawfully arrested and detained the plaintiff for a charge which was dismissed on September 8, 2022. Further, on or about June 23, 2022, PO Alexander Gonzalez unlawfully arrested and detained the plaintiff for a charge which was dismissed on September 8, 2022. Additionally, on or about July 9, 2022, PO Yenju Lin unlawfully arrested and detained the plaintiff for a charge which was dismissed on January 24, 2023.
