Description: On September 12, 2020, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle with two passengers in Kings County, New York. Unmarked NYPD vehicles tried to pull over Plaintiff’s vehicle. When Plaintiff eventually pulled over, NYPD officers—including Ronald Louie and Steven Tater—surrounded the vehicle. The officers forcibly removed Plaintiff from his vehicle, slamming him face first into the ground.
