Description: On September 9, 2023, plaintiff was assaulted and battered and sexually assauted by defendant NYPD Officer Casseus. Four hours latter, plaintiff was apprehended and arrested, with unnecessary and unjustified force applied, upon false, misleading and inaccurate statements made by Officer Casseus regarding her complicity in a robbery. This was witnessed and/or assisted by NPYD Officer MccCaffrey, NYPD Sergeants Dixson, Hanna, Mallilo and NYPD Officers John Doe 1-3, who failed to take any action to intervene.
