Description: May 11, 2016 incident: Plaintiff was with his girlfriend and another woman who are both "painted ladies" or "desnudas" in Times Square. Some male passersby began to harass the women by calling them "hos" and throwing up gang-related signs. Defendants Police Officer Juillet and Police Officer FNU Ponce arrived to surround the plaintiff and women. Defendant Juillet told the plaintiff to keep his mouth shut because he heard reports of the plaintiff arguing and fighting with people earlier in the day. The defendant also mentioned that he had been waiting to get the plaintiff out of Times Square and that he is not a man to mess with.
