Description: Very early into the hours on May 31, 2020, Plaintiff was on his way home from his job at Kings County Hospital, walking to the subway entrance near Nostrand Avenue at its intersection with Church Avenue in Brooklyn, when he came across NYPD Officers, including Defendant NYPD Detective Amjad Kasaji and NYPD John Does, chasing a young person. Plaintiff pulled out his phone and recorded from a distance. Defendant Kasaji and a number of NYPD members retaliated against him for filming, pushed him to the ground and assaulted him.
