Complaint
Description: On or about July 3, 2017, Plaintiff was falsely handcuffed and arrested by unidentified NYPD officers. Plaintiff was threatened and detained. On or about July 6, 2017, while at Rikers Island, Plaintiff was beaten by unidentified officers and not provided with mental health care services. As a result, Plaintiff sustained emotional distress and psychological injury.
